Once again Mike came to the rescue for my M&P, make a long story short, came home after spending time at the range and discovered that my M&P rear sight had worked itself loose and actually had fallen off without my noticing and my dog actually had found it on the floor, and was distraught and on a whim gave Mike a call hoping that he wasn't off for the holiday, luckily he wasn't and took my firearm that day realigned and set it back in place rock solid as good as new! First just like to say that Mike and uh Mike number #2 are great guys, very friendly and very helpful! I don't know if walk in service is the norm, but I never been to these fellows establishment before but was in need of service and near panic for my smith & wesson m&p pistol, I assumed that I would have to leave it or make an appointment but nope! the shorter mike assured me that it was an easy fix and took it to the back with a smile and was back minutes later all done and no charge for the quick repair, during that time I am sure that I talked the ear off the bigger mike but he calmly listened and answered my concerns! It was my first time there but I can assure it won't be my last just for the friendliness and service alone! come visit their store and check out their firearms too.
